    • We are helping our team members and even customers learn how to identify their biases and other behaviors that hinder an inclusive environment, creating an open culture where we then work together to mitigate them. We’re disrupting this status quo at scale because we believe an inclusive environment is critical to driving innovation across the globe.

    • Through our Be the Change foundational learning, we educate employees on unconscious biases and how they impact inclusion. This program consists of in-person or virtual workshops that cover such topics as unconscious bias, privilege, insider/outsider dynamics and gender role conditioning. Be the Change offers Dell Technologies team members a judgment-free space to examine their beliefs and grapple with challenging subjects directly and honestly.
