      In this report, you’ll see data and initiatives that represent our workforce and efforts between Feb. 1, 2019 and Jan. 31, 2020. In that time much progress was made, namely the announcement of our 2030 social impact goals. Of the 22 goals, two in particular will propel us forward in the area of diversity. By 2030:

      • 50% of our global workforce and 40% of our global people leaders will be those who identify as women.
      • 25% of our U.S. workforce and 15% of our U.S. people leaders will be Black/African American and Hispanic/Latino minorities
    • Diversity and inclusion helps drive innovation and growth, and is critical to the long-term success of our company. I'm proud of the legacy we are building as an employer of choice for all, and appreciate the contributions of all of our team members in more than 180 countries around the world.
