Our team members are passionate and engaged in our commitment to create a better world for everyone. It’s why we provide them with the tools, resources and opportunities to support the people, organizations and communities they care about.

Every donation a team member makes to a vetted nonprofit organization made is matched dollar for dollar — up to $10,000 USD annually per employee. In fiscal year 2020, more than 5,800 nonprofits received donations matched by Dell Technologies. And every team member who logs 10 hours or more of volunteering receives a voucher for $150 USD that they can donate to the vetted charity of their choice.
We believe so strongly in the power of our team and their philanthropic action that we have committed to two ambitious targets as part of our 2030 Progress Made Real plan:
The COVID-19 pandemic has changed many areas of life and work, including volunteering. Technology plays a key role in supporting those communities affected by COVID-19. As a company, we are actively pursuing opportunities to partner with others to apply our technology where it can make the biggest impact. Individuals are challenged to find ways to lend a hand when we can’t do so in person. That’s why Dell has launched All for Progress x Our Communities. This program channels the energy of our team members who want to help into virtual volunteering opportunities. A great example is CareerVillage, which connects experienced professionals with young people looking for answers about their careers and education.
Nonprofits are often among the most powerful forces for good in the world—but many are chronically underfunded. Even well-resourced nonprofits direct what resources they have towards fulfilling their mission before operating costs like IT operations and strategy. Yet technology can serve as a force multiplier for nonprofits, allowing them to spend more time helping their communities and less time on tasks that can be automated. That's why, as part of our 2030 goals, we've also committed to helping 1,000 nonprofits digitally transform. One of the best ways we can support that effort is by providing our IT expertise. We do that as a company, and our Pro Bono programs will also allow us to match nonprofits in need with the team members who have the right skills to help
Just as we believe technology is the engine of human progress, we know that when our team members get involved in supporting nonprofits, the impact of our charitable efforts can go even further.
Dell works with disaster relief organizations to help those in need in our communities. Helping in times of crisis is important to us and aligns with our core values.
We’re committed to providing the building blocks of tomorrow’s digital workforce, regardless of race, gender, or ability.
Our Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) help foster an inclusive culture in which team members feel valued, engaged and inspired to do their best work.
