    • The Diversity Action Council (DAC) was formed in 2019 and formalized as a team in early 2020 with the purpose to align and maximize global efforts across HR and Facilities to enable our Progress Made Real: 2030 Plan Diversity & Inclusion goals.

    • With the 2030 Plan as their north star, the DAC will help us get to 2030 by fully activating our commitment and accountabilities for growing a diverse team that delivers innovation and value to customers and the community. Additionally, they want to advance an inclusive environment that attracts and develops the world's best talent.

    • Talent Acquisition

      Partnering to support a diverse pipeline

    • To serve tomorrow’s customers well, we need more students studying STEM today, and we need to give adults more opportunity to do STEM work. We can’t fill our talent pipeline without closing the diversity gap. Through Talent Acquisition’s diversity programs like the Neurodiversity/Autism Hiring Program, we’re fostering a workplace the not only welcomes diverse talent but sets them up for success at Dell Technologies.

    • We want team members to embrace their passion and experience in a supportive environment, that’s why we remove the barriers that keep diverse talent from finding meaningful employment.

    • University Relations

      Partnering with internal stakeholders to be Better Together

    • Through University Relations' diversity programs like Better Together, Dell has one centralized diversity strategy for intern, campus hires and recent grads. This program enables us to build pipelines of Black/African American and Hispanic/Latino candidates, and includes financial investments in tools and capabilities, human capital, memberships and scholarships.

    • Through an end-to-end relationship strategy, we connect campuses with innovation, talent attraction, education and potential research opportunities.
