Launched Dell Autism Hiring Program; invested in innovative support programs for neurodiverse, veteran and LGBTQ+ team members.
Engaged all Dell Technologies leaders and 14,000+ team members in candid diversity discussions through Many Advocating Real Change.
Joined the Reboot Representation Tech Coalition to bring more underrepresented women of color into our industry.
