    EMC Honors Customers in Global Celebration

    EMC recognizes the importance of a great customer experience through local and virtual events

    HOPKINTON, Mass - October 07, 2014 -

    EMC Corporation (NYSE: EMC) will host customers, partners, and employees in offices around the world today as part of the second annual CX Day, a global event recognizing the customer experience established by the Customer Experience Professionals Association, a non-profit group, and celebrated by thousands of companies worldwide. EMC’s Total Customer Experience (TCE) Day will include recognition events featuring guest speakers, executive panels, and customer presentations, providing an opportunity for EMC employees and executives to thank customers for their trust and commitment in EMC.

    The EMC celebration will take place in various locations around the world, including China, Egypt, India, Ireland, Russia, Singapore, and in multiple locations in the United States, including RSA, the Security Division of EMC. In addition, EMC will host a virtual celebration, where participants will hear from customers and EMC leaders, preview the interactive Experience Analytics Showcase, learn about EMC’s Total Customer Experience program, and participate in a live Q&A session with technical experts from across the company.
