    EMC Documentum is One of the First Enterprise Content Management Platforms to Achieve VMware Ready Status

    Verifies that Documentum is Optimized for VMware vSphere™

    HOPKINTON, Mass. - November 10, 2010 -

    EMC Corporation (NYSE:EMC), the world leader in information infrastructure solutions, today announced that EMC® Documentum® is one of the first enterprise content management platforms to achieve VMware Ready™ status. This designation indicates that Documentum has passed a detailed evaluation and testing process managed by VMware and is now listed on the VMware Partner Product Catalog.

    Passing the extensive VMware-specified testing helps ensure that Documentum makes best use of VMware technology and is ready for deployment in customer environments. This helps enterprises simplify their Documentum deployments and reduce the total cost of ownership.
