• How We Win: Dell Technologies Code of Conduct

The Dell Technologies Code of Conduct, “How We Win,” provides guidance on how we carry out our daily activities across Dell Technologies in accordance with our culture and values, as well as in compliance with the letter and spirit of all applicable laws in the countries in which we work and serve.  Ultimately we all adhere to one global standard:  we win with integrity!

    • Our culture and values

Our culture and values are Dell Technologies differentiators

Our culture and values—who we are, what we believe, how we work and how we lead reflect what’s most important to us as a company and guide our decisions and actions.

Just who are we? A diverse team, united in our purpose, strategy and culture. Driven by ambition and the power of technology to drive human progress. And unwavering in a commitment to equality, trust and advocacy for one another. Core to our beliefs are five values to unite us and seven principles to inspire us. Across 165,000 team members. Every day, in 180 countries around the world.

Our values, and the behaviors that drive them, are the daily expectations for how we work with each other.

Customers: We believe our customer relationships are the ultimate differentiator and the foundation for our success.

Winning Together: We believe in and value our people. We perform better, are smarter, and have more fun working as a team than as individuals.

Innovation: We believe our ability to innovate and cultivate breakthrough thinking is our engine for growth, success, and progress.

Results: We believe in being accountable to an exceptional standard of excellence and performance.

Integrity: We believe integrity must always govern our fierce desire to win.

Our principles are the bold choices we make to lead our team, our business and our industry.

Relationships: We know that strong relationships bring not only great business success, but great personal fulfillment.

Drive: We cultivate ambition, energy, and grit in ourselves and in others, but bound our ambition with a strong desire to do the right thing.

Judgment: We rely on facts, we are agile and change direction when it’s the right thing to do.

Vision: We carefully define success and are relentless about communicating that vision in terms that are simple and compelling.

Optimism: We are optimistic about our people, their potential, and the future while balancing it with the realities and challenges we face.

Humility: We recognize we are not always right and not always the smartest person in the room, and we know our successes are shared.

Selflessness: We care about the effect our leadership has on our people. We invest in them, develop them, and help them achieve their aspirations.

    • Message from our CEO

Integrity matters. It matters to our customers, partners, colleagues and communities. And it matters greatly to me. We are a company of passionate over achievers, and we always have been. It’s one reason we’ve survived and thrived in an industry defined by change.

But another reason is because we are equally passionate about how we do our work.  We act with integrity and in accordance with the letter and spirit of the law. We strive to make sound and ethical choices that serve our customers, improve our communities, and inspire our team members.

Our Code of Conduct is effectively the global how-to guide for doing business at Dell Technologies, and it is incumbent on all of us—all roles, all levels and everywhere we operate—to know it and live it every day. Our leaders have a special responsibility to lead with integrity and in ways that protect and enhance the reputation of our team and our company.

At Dell Technologies, integrity is not optional. It’s who we are. Thank you for following our Code, living our values, and fulfilling our purpose.

      Michael S. Dell
