Our Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) connect team members with shared interests, backgrounds or beliefs. These communities provide opportunities for personal and professional development through mentoring, volunteerism, networking, leadership development and community involvement.
More than 37,000 team members participate in one of our 13 ERGs – with more than 300 chapters in 60+ countries around the world.
ERGs have the power to shape our culture and positively contribute to our business through increased employee engagement. As a result, we have set a goal for 40 percent of our team members to be engaged with ERGs by 2020.
