• Just as we believe technology is the centre of human progress, we know that when our team members get involved in supporting non-profit organisations, the impact of our charitable efforts can go even further.

      Our Giving Back programme includes employee volunteering, matching their donations and supporting places and people affected by disasters around the globe.

       

      In 2018, Dell employees logged 809,000 hours (the equivalent of 92 years) of volunteer time across 66 countries. We value the time and effort that goes into these charitable efforts that foster social impact. That’s why we reward community service across our company – we give a US$150 voucher to anyone who logs 10 or more volunteering hours to donate to a vetted charity of their choice.

       

      We also match our team members' charitable donations to vetted charities – up to $10,000 per employee, per year.
